How do I place an order on your website?

STEPS BY STEP PROCEDURE

  • Click on the product
  • Add quantity then click Add to Cart
  • A pop up will appear which you will be requested to either click check out or continue shopping
  • Fill billing and shipping information to proceed
  • Then Select mode of payment to Pay
Can I return a product if am not satisfied?

It depends on the reason for the dissatisfaction. Meanwhile, Products under specific warranty periods can only be returned within 7days of delivery on discovery of a factory defect and the item is certified intact. We also ensure that every delivery is confirmed and signed for before our team leaves the delivery address.

Can I have my orders delivered at weekends?

We work round the clock to ensure that our customers receive their orders any day anytime.

What if I don’t have a credit card or ATM to make online payment?

We accept cash on delivery of your orders or you can visit our office to make your payment in Cash. Check CONTACT US option at the bottom of our website.

Can my orders be delivered outside Lagos?

For now our delivery service only covers Lagos State but if we must deliver to a customer outside Lagos, additional charges may be required.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our aim is to sell at the most competitive rates to our customers, therefore, our prices are non-negotiable.

Do you sell Used Products on your website?

NO, we only deal in brand new items
